“. . . she heard herself saying, “I too am a Mark Maker.””
Mary remembers standing in a cave in France and looking at the wall paintings. She could feel the cavewoman’s paintings connect her to a long long line of artists and she heard herself saying, “I too am a Mark Maker.”
Mary has made marks since she was a small child. She has encouraged others to make their own marks through her career as an art teacher. Now, retirement has given her time to take fascinating workshops, and time to travel more. In addition, it has given her time to paint, and opportunities to show her work.
