Bo Sapphire is a photographer and mixed-media artist who specializes
in paper-based art. In 2019, She obtained her MFA degree in Photography from the prestigious Academy of Art University in San Francisco. Throughout her artistic journey, Bo has developed a deep expertise in the cyanotype process, which she has been passionately exploring for many years.
Currently, Bo’s practice revolves around the captivating realm of cyanotype printmaking and painting. Inspired by the vibrant flora
and illuminating light of Los Angeles, she creates one-of-the-kind pieces
that reflect the distinctive characteristics of her surroundings. By documenting the local plants and flowers, Bo’s botanical prints beautifully showcase their intimate relationship with the sun.
