Marijane Glazier is a leather artist whose work is informed by her travels throughout the Western United States, Alaska, and Canada.
While traveling as a speech-language pathologist to remote communities, she was instructed in leatherwork by indigenous peoples, and was infused in their cultures. Gratitude for this shared experience inspired her to create designs and paintings on leather pouches which represent her journeys into physical and spiritual realms.
